Event spaces in the Friedheim Library are bookable by registered student groups, faculty, and academic support services for events in the library. Bookings for this space are mediated and require approval by Friedheim Library staff. Suitable events for this space include:
- Programs and speakers sponsored by students groups
- Programs, speakers, and workshops sponsored by academic support units
- Instruction sessions being held in collaboration with Library & Archives staff
Technology support is available for this space. Before your booking is approved, library staff will confirm any technology needs. Reservations available during library hours and can be bookable up to two hours at time.
Food and beverages in a closed container are permitted. Any food, beverage, or waste must be cleaned up and taken away after each reservation.
